Solution:
First we analyzed local competitors’ sites and interviewed business’s owner. Then we did thorough research on what search terms people used to find the sort of services this business offered.
Armed with that foundation, we developed the site’s structure.
Next, we developed the graphic tone of the site, creating a rural/family feel to stand apart from the steel-and-glass slickness of the competition and to appeal to a different audience.
We then wrote the copy with the SEO, research and established graphic tone in mind, and programmed the finished site.
Since then, thousands of people have found this rural office rental business both locally and worldwide (searching for virtual office space). Its search presence generally outperforms area office parks – many of which have much larger marketing budgets.
