Challenge: The client had two websites, neither of which sold its services well or elevated its brand image among existing or potential customers. Additionally, neither contributed significant organic search engine traffic, which forced ownership to rely on expensive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) search advertising for any search traffic at all.

Solution: We researched how potential customers searched for the services this NJ appliance repair company offers, and looked at competitive sites both locally and regionally. From there we developed a sitemap, including any custom wishes from the client, then home page designs that attractively presented the structure. Finally, we wrote persuasive, friendly sales text that was search engine optimized (SEO), and coded everything into a Content Management System (CMS), so the client would be able to add or delete sections, pages, text, images, and so on, and publish the results directly to the Web.

As a value added service, we recommended the use of a Refer-A-Friend rewards program to incentivize valuable word-of-mouth advertising. This strategy alone could provide them with additional sales for many years to come, and is now part of their core business messaging.

The site just launched recently, and we will be monitoring the results of these efforts.
